While many firms often tout a laundry list of values, at PipelineZen we like to focus on only 3 core values which we live day in and day out: communication, honesty, and grit. The sum of which, in our experience, leads to growth and a happy working relationship between us and clients.
PipelineZen Values
Values at PipelineZen are not a soundbite. They are not here to simply fill in the gap or to fill an about page; they are the bugle call that we wake up to every day. We encourage all our clients (and mandate all our sales reps) to familiarize themselves with our values because in our minds they are not simply our values, but in fact are the values which form the foundation of a proper working relationship. Everything we expect of ourselves we expect of our clients too.
We believe that the root of all successful relationships (and of all failed ones) boils down to communication (or the lack thereof). Are we clearly setting expectations and goals? Are we providing sufficient updates? Are we being clear, concise, and respectful of your time (and ours)? These are the questions that separate “good” communicators from “great” communicators and at PipelineZen we only work with great people.
What good is communication if it isn’t honest? Nowadays transparency is all the rage, but honesty is what motivates us to share the intangibles – the details that even transparent organizations often don’t reveal. If a campaign isn’t heading in the right direction you will hear that from us. We don’t sugar coat results and we don’t sweep things under the rug; we communicate with honesty.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going – and sales is tough. Grit is the stuff of cowboys. It implies hard work in the face of adversity and we expect a lot of challenges in the work that we do and grit is what inevitably will get us to growth.
